From 1974
to 1996 I studied drawing, drafting, and pastels. It was in the
summer of 1996 that I tried my hand at watercolors. Painting with
guidance from Nancy Phelps of Santa Barbara County, California,
and Susan Weathers of Florence, Oregon, I have learned that water

have several art displays in private collections in the Northwest
and Southwest states, and am a regular member of The River Gallery
in Old Town Florence.
